The most commonly reported (≥5% and ~ twice the rate of placebo) adverse reactions with Niravam treatment are: sedation, impaired coordination, dysarthria, and increased libido.

Do NOT use Niravam orally disintegrating tablets if: you are allergic to any ingredient in Niravam orally disintegrating tablets or other benzodiazepines (eg, diazepam) Hydantoins (eg, phenytoin) because the risk of their side effects may be increased and they may decrease Niravam.
Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep Niravam orally disintegrating tablets out of the reach of children and away from pets. Store Niravam orally disintegrating tablets at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Do not store in the bathroom.
